Make the share permissions require local accounts on the server?

Not aware of any built in tools that do this at all. EasyDisk, PGP Netshare,
are 2 that come to mind that do this. Netshare I have used and is pretty
robust.

I have an attorney that does SEC filings and has been asked to make one of
their network shares always ask for password regardless of logon.

I saw some encryption programs that appear to do this, and I guess that would
be okay but was looking for alternatives. It's a small office and just 2 people
need access to this folder/share. Doing it by permissions is not comfortable
enough for them.
