Finding someone to watch the baby overnight (or spend the night and be the one to get up with it) would be exceptional, especially if it is the type that sleeps a whopping 2 hours at a time. My youngest didn't sleep more than 5 hours at a time until he was almost four... put him down at 8:00 or 10:00pm, either way you're screwed...
