IE7 from WSUS not installing on one PC

I have this one lone PC that will not download and install IE7 from our WSUS 
server. I have tried forcing the updates to no avail. All the other updates 
seem to be installed including SP3 but no IE7. Anyone have any ideas what 
might be the reason before I just reimage the thing?
