Or just add another virtual drive, if you find the 20GB is actually
adequate for a boot partition.  I usually do.

I have done this on VM's using GPart. Allocate more space to the VM
then mount the GPart ISO and boot to it ( you will need to access the vm
via the console using VI) instructions on how to resize are below
