I have the same results trying to scan Vista. But I also can't scan Vista with MBSA - returns " Windows Update Agent is not supported on this operating system".
In group policy firewall exceptions, port 135/tcp to anything and any traffic to dllhost.exe is allowed, and this obviously works for all the XP machines. Do I need a separate firewall policy for Vista's firewall? I am subbed to their blink list with gmail, oh well. The sys requirements do not list Vista. It installs on Vista, but won't run. It installs on XP, but it won't scan Vista, or I couldn't get it to work. It returns "Not Tested", which per their help is "unsupported OS".
