We purchased Exchange 2007 and Server 2008 training DVDs from them. I have not watched the Server 2008 DVDs yet, but the Exchange training was a very informative. I would say you'll learn as much from the DVDs as you would in a formal class setting. As for the cert, use the Transcenders and you'll be fine.
