Two words - shell game!

We paid for a piece of software called UltraMon that actually lets one 
configure what opens where.

Otherwise, you might try opening the spreadsheet, dragging it to the other 
monitor, saving it, then exiting the app.  Repeat 2-3 times, then logout.

See if the spreadsheet remembers where it was when it was closed.

Our systems have at least 3 monitors, and some have 4.  When I go to a 
system without UltraMon, I tend to scream a bit while doing maintenance, 
etc...
