Ken is right this should totally work from the Perc Bios, but I would be surprised if you couldn't do this from the SA tool as well. Have you looked at the Dell site to make sure you are using the current version of the SA tool? Seems like open manage updates come out every 15 minutes, and that is always the Dell first response to a support call.
