I am taking over a network where there is already My Doc's" folder redirection 
in place. I am adding additional security group folder redirection and noticed 
that there is an issue with the default naming convention applied to the 
redirected folder. (please see don't see the disallowed attachment for a screen 
shot)

In the "Documents Property" dialogue box under "Security Group Membership some 
items look like this:

\\ServerName\Netshare\Security Group\%USERNAME%\Documents

but any I try and add look like this:

\\ServerName\Netshare\Security Group\%USERNAME%\My Documents

This is causing considerable confusion because an added layer at issue is that 
in each user's folder is an additional "My Documents" folder migrated from a 
previous DC. I am in the process of cleaning up this mess, but need to keep 
"Documents" as the new Default until I am able to prune the old migrated "My 
Documents" folder from the server...

any ideas?
