Take a look at kiwi/SolarWinds Cat tools. It won't allow change management per se. But I use it to automatically download the configs from all of my switches/routers/asa daily. It has a compare utility built in. It highlights all changes from a previous config/source file.
Thankfully I'm the only one who touches the asa . I dread having to share that ability. I would probably start scheduling this hourly.
