NTop-Xtra is what I use, its a pretty easy to install Windows based daemon, sets up a http server on port 3000. Whatever system you install it on, configure a switch its port to mirror the port your T1 plugs into. I just happen to notice that Openxtra removed the download to all their free tools. That's a bummer. Well the last one I downloaded the filename is NTop_XTRA_3_18_0.exe so if you google that you'll find somebody whose got it sitting in a repository somewhere.
