Windows Backup, and Hyper-V 

(Windows Backup just utilises the various VSS writers under the covers)

Just wanted to thank everyone for their input. Seems like most people are using 
ESXRanger/VRanger, so I'm off to get a newer version of it.
I just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one using it if there's something 
new/better.
