Yes, Sprint 'Consumer' support sucks - but corporate is great. IMO.
They have redone their entire backend billing system which really improved 
problems.

Their the only G4 network, right?  I mean, you'd expect that to cost more - not 
less!  And it surprises me how everyone in the wireless industry I know that 
has to deal with them says they suck - at all levels.

I'm talking MCI/Worldcom level suckage.
