Sysinternals + combofix + spybot + malwarebytes + anything from pirisoft 
(defraggler, ccleaner, recuva), or nirsoft

There are some ketarin lists out there full of tools for recovery, I keep them 
all on a USB stick with the Microsoft Diagnostic and Recovery Toolkit on it 
(win 2008R2 version).
