There is a documented mechanism to extend such things. Some 3rd part tools do it although definitely not Fazaam as I have used it and it's successor, GPA, for many many years.

I don't recall if it was free or not, don't think it was Fazam. It allowed remote tools to the PC/User from ADUC, and allows us to look at PC/server logs from MMC.
