The notification I received said that no intervention is necessary. I am presuming this means that VIPRE service, auto-protection, etc continue to run without some poor @#&* needing to go re-boot every @#&% one of the agents to get it to apply.
I believe it was a heads-up message because this particular set of definitions was going to be much larger than the daily update, and that it may or may not cause some networks congestion issues. -- Richard D.
