Are you just talking the Ad Campaign or the whole shooting match?

I do know a few years ago that the Census was trying to get some hand held
PDA type device developed so that the Census taker/interviewer had some neat
little gizmo to go house-to-house with, but they dropped that about a year
and a half ago because it was costing too much to develop.
