It will probably be like that for at least a week based on the number of people
who had problems with the site. Most people like myself who paid with Paypal
had to keep refreshing the Registration code page over and over before it would
finally come up, so I'm sure there were a lot who did not get theirs at all and
are probably contacting them as we speak. I would suggest just keeping at it
all this week.

Good luck with that. Email to them bounces because their AOL mailbox is full,
and they don’t answer their phone. Definitely would not encourage me to
recommend them to anyone.

Thanks Brian,

I simply received the typical paypal confirmation (receipt). I'll contact
winpatrol to get this sorted out.

Thanks again,

Harry.

Harry,

Did you get the typical payPal confirmation email? (just in case the vendor
can't find you in their database)

The purchase of WinPatrol Plus didin't result in an email to me from the vendor
either. It DID present a page to 'generate registration code' - I think you may
have luck by emailing the address below (taken from www.winpatrol.com home
page):

 <mailto:supp...@winpatrol.com> Forget Your PLUS Code?

New computer or hard driver failure?
Are you a PLUS member and can't find your code?
Just Email your name to <mailto:supp...@winpatrol.com> supp...@winpatrol.com

The download is one and the same for free and plus versions - you just unlock
the Plus features from within the program by supplying the code...

HTH,

Brian

MCSE and stuff

Yup. That's where I got the infamous page cannot be displayed. The
paypal transaction went through but haven't received anything from the
vendor.
