Did you retarget the Default Domain Controllers Policy and any other GPOs to the new container?

We are getting some odd GPO not applying errors and I am wondering if they might be related? DCDIAG shows OK except for the OU and some event log items. Does anything special need to be done when moving DC's out of their default OU?
