I was referring to the client machines BF was having trouble with. Your problems sound like something else entirely. I generally like Vipre now, but after some extremely frustrating experiences last year my standing policy is to never, ever do anything with a brand new release. I don't have time to fix problems like the ones you're seeing, so I wait at least several weeks for the dust to settle. Heck, I used to not even release definition updates automatically. For about 6 weeks last year I tested them every single day before pushing them out to the rest of the clients.
