Shouldn't be a problem, right?  The first domain is just a DC for 
users/computers/dhcp.  Internal network stuff.
The second domain is just for disjoined Exchange Box installed on a DC.  (I 
know, I know - but this isn't my stuff!)
So, no DHCP or DNS on the second DC.

Any issues?
