FWIW, I have an i7 based system running MS Virtual Server on Win2003r2 on
one boot, and HyperV on Win2008r2 on another boot choice.  Running multiple
workstation VMs and can use the same vhd files as I use on Virtual PC on my
laptop, and multiple server VMs
