I haven't had time to do this, and if we can bring in someone who has that experience, that would be really nice. I also realize that it is probably not considered a beginner's skill, so we might not get that person for the pay we're offering, but it can't hurt to ask. I also don't know exactly how to word it in the advert - have any of you placed an ad asking for this kind of skill, and if so, what did you ask for?
