Those guys TOTALLY rocked. It was actually cool how the call was transferred from one time zone to another as well. The handoff was smooth, unlike what you would expect, and I didn't have to explain everything all over again. AND they had better know the product like the back of their hand. I've had great experiences talking to people in other parts of the world, and I've had miserable experiences speaking with people in other parts of the world. Sometimes they've known the product, and sometimes they haven't. Either way, the times that they were able to effectively speak my language, it made a world of difference for the better... It goes both ways. If I'm going to buy a product that is supported by people who speak another language, I'd better be prepared to speak their language or suffer the consequences...
