I believe you place the files on the new system and in iTunes, there's a
place to point it to look at that location. Google "move iTunes to new
computer", or similar.

Subject: OT- iTunes File Import & Sync

Our CEO recently was provided with a new laptop. I made of copy of
his media files on the new machine but didn't go through iTunes to do
this. The latest version of iTunes is installed on the new laptop but
I haven't imported any of the media files. Now he wants to get his
iPod and the new PC sync'd.

Is there a simple 42-step process to do this without losing his iPod
settings?
