Thanks for the links. I had a WebEx without account team and they demo'd the management and setup of a UCS system. Very very cool tech. The big value for us is the single pane of management/admin and abstraction of the hardware layer from the OS. We have around 12 c7000's in our environment and management of them is a bit painful.
