We're seeing the following in the System Event log on our print server
whenever a user prints to a printer using the Universal driver:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Print
Event Category: None
Event ID: 6161
Date:  8/16/2010
Time:  9:23:49 AM
User:  AKUSA_NT\Username
Computer: SPJP031
Description:
The document Microsoft Word - XXXXXXXX owned by XXXXXX failed to print on
printer <printername>. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file in
bytes: 31040. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the
document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\IP
<file://ip/>Address. Win32 error code returned by the print processor:
5. Access is
denied.
