I have contacted AV Test to find out why we weren't on the test. It turns out we need to pay for testing for their monthly test (we are paying for a subset of that). We should now be in the next test.
This whole testing thing... don't get me going. It has been incredibly frustrating. But if it means anything to anybody, AV-Test and VB 100 are probably the best testing organizations out there, so what they say is worth reading.
