I have an old >net 2.0sp2 'ish era app that finally stopped working. I have the source from the original dev. As I don't know sh!t about programming, looking at the files in vi I guess they are VB.NET, I don't have a compiler, shall I just tell the big wigs I need Visual Studio Pro (I think that's the cheapest version) and open, then build it and touch wood? Someone I know mentioned a compiler I can get free from MS to simply build this, true?
