Yes, it was NT Workstation and NT Server were separate products. I deployed NT Workstation 3.51 and NT Workstation 4.0 many times. Was it missing some stuff? USB support was the biggest around the NT 4.0 time frame. But it was a solid OS and had vastly superiour stability to Win3.1 compared to NT 3.51 or Win9x compared to NT 4.0.
