I would like to create bootable media (probably external USB drive) that would present a menu to select a flavor of Windows OS to install as well as which applications to install, such as MS Office, AntiVirus, etc. Then once selected, would perform an unattended install. Looking for ideas on the easiest way to accomplish this.
