+1, works well for us here too, but we target the computer ou + the user group in combo. James-can you clarify what you mean on the Point and print restrictions? I don't think we have that set and I'm wondering what the issue is/was.
For XP machines, make sure you have the latest GPP preferences update applied for this all to work.
