No. FTP via SSL is FTPS and I believe is supported natively from IIS7. I think ... SFTP is most commonly seen with OpenSSH, where admins know what they're doing and just need protocol support. Commercial products (such as Attachmate Reflections for example which I've seen used recently by a vendor) start to creep in where you need SSH plus other "nice" features like better audit, SIEM/SIM support, watch folders, etc. to build a full solution with. a
