How would you guys do this? To me it's like a swing migration like an SBS swong, but in this case it's a P2V "swing".
I have a physical server with 2003 R2 on it. On this same physical box I'd like to put 2008 R2 w/ Hyper-V on it and somehow P2V the 2003 R2 machine onto it - anyone have any ideas? This server is a DC - can Ghost or something pull that off?
