We also decided not to pursue ConnectWise. To be fair they have done some serious changes in the past 3 to 4 months from what I have been told, but its product was too buggy for our use when we looked at it. I know a few clients using it and have said they get around the issues. We chose Autotask, and we also purchased a product called RapidFire which is an Fat Client using their Open API to pull info directly down. We get a fat client which we liked about Connectwise, but we get it for Autotask. A bonus is we don't have to purchase/maintain or monitor another box as its all hosted.
