  Check RRAS (Routing and Remote Access Services).

  Try these commands:

ipconfig /a

getmac

netsh -c interface show interface

netsh -c interface show alias

  As others have suggested, run "arp -a" on the computer you are
ping'ing from, and see if the MAC address that computer is using is
the same as the "real" MAC for that server.
