I'm thinking of getting rid of the big V6 and getting a 1.2 Golf TSI. I had one as a courtesy car a while back and it was absolutely great fun to drive, rapid acceleration coupled with fuel economy. On my current motor you can see the petrol gauge dropping when you put your foot down too hard. I'd have to drive something that can fleece all the local chavs and boy racers clean out of sight, though, that's a prerequisite.
