I think you should contact your ISP and ask them how they intend this "dual vlan" is supposed to be setup. I've never heard of it before, perhaps they want you to filter traffic at your router? Each vlan they provide is for a different subnet/gateway, I presume? Do they offer you two physical ports to do this, or is are they preforming 802.11q trunking?
