One thing I loved as a teenager was from a drive-in in Bismarck ND. It was a Big Boy. Their claim to fame is a pizza burger, which you can order regular or flying saucer style, with or without onions. Flying saucer style is the burger, sauce, cheese and onions encased between two pieces of white bread which are pressed and grilled together to form a seal. Take a bite[1] of the pizza burger, and then stuff in fries till it is full, without breaking the bread or pushing too much sauce out.
[1] You'll probably burn some part of your mouth. If you've burned the roof of your mouth on hot pizza cheese you're familiar with the pain, except this is hot pizza sauce, it will squirt further back in your mouth, so where you burn it is always unpredictable.
