I think Verizon is trying to say it is an issue between them and RIM but based on my conversations with RIM they say there is no issue on their end.
Verizon email: RIM and Verizon Wireless are working diligently to resolve the issue. We have a target date of resolution of this Wednesday or earlier. I will keep you posted on any new updates that come my way. RIM email: In regards to the issues between BlackBerry and Verizon Wireless, from what I am able to determine, the BlackBerry services on our side are all operating normally, so I am unable to provide any ETA on the resolution of these issues at this point in time. We used to have both Sprint and AT&T and switched entirely to Verizon. With exception of this current issue Verizon has been much better in coverage and support on all accounts.
