However, FEP, the replacement for FCS, can either be rolled out as unmanaged or 
managed by SCCM and SCOM. FEP is a SC adjunct product.

All system center products have an SKU with sql server included. Basically a 
standard edition that you're only allowed to run said system center server on. 
I think that includes forefront.
