+1 - where do you get x16 TV tuner cards? And why would anyone make one
when the bandwidth through a x1 slot or even a USB port is sufficient?

Build it. Your specs sound like they'd be about $1200 + OS. I would also
recommend against a tuner in an x16 slot - tuner cards are almost all x1
anyways, so why waste a second x16 slot on one?

Subject: OT New home PC

Ok, it's finally time to upgrade my aging home PC. I figured I could just go
to Tigerdirect or BestBuy and pick up a good performing system but it does
not seem like the case, if I want low to medium performance no problem but I
want:

Intel I7, 8Gb RAM DDR3, HD 1 - 2Tb 7,200 rpm, AMD HD 5670 or better, BlueRay
player, TV Tuner in a PCI x16 slot. Windows 7 64 bit Home. Is that too much
to ask for? I did not think so but does now one else purchase high
performance PCs? I know I can get a Dell XPS 9100, that pretty close but I
think it only comes with 1 PCI x16 so I can't upgrade the video card if I
have the TV Tuner.

Any Recommendations?
