That was the issue, it was odd since our gateway A/V was blocking it but I 
wasn’t receiving an email about the blockage as I normally would.

I have seen this when our SonicWall's gateway A/V feature encounters a packed 
executable streaming in from the outside.  I have to temporarily disable 
gateway A/V filtering for the protocol type (FTP, HTTP, whatever) to get the 
files through.
