I have used Kaseya MSP edition for years. It's a decent product. Lots of quirks, SQL backend so you can get reporting out however you want, built in reports are decent.

I will point out that DirectAccess is a great solution for this, if you have an environment that supports it. I've used Kaseya. It's ok. Not great, but ok. Shavlik is a pro product.
