Thanks for the info. Currently our Kyocera machines scan to a folder on the server and the sharing is done that way... not on the MFP. Does the Sharp actually do the sharing off itself or does it scan to a server?

Other than that we absolutely LOVE the sharp copiers. they are faster and require less maintenance, in our exprience.
