Too many.   (In some area of negligence, whether firewall, IPS, patch
management, access control, etc)

Because they haven't been caught.  Yet.

I suspect that many more will be caught in the next 9-15 months.   Then, we
*might* see a bit more proactivity in that area.  Might.
