Okay, photos on a read/write share. No problem there.

Huh? Do you mean that the photos on the share are not updated when you edit 
them with PS Elements? I've never used the program... does it keep the 
originals intact? (Picasa does this. I think they do it because JPEGs don't 
like to be edited without re-compressing them at each save, which can loose 
quality.) Can the users edit the photos and export them as new *edited* 
versions right back onto the share?
