Same thing here with re-manufactured toner cartridges. Sales guy says they are great. We say, we've had problem in the past with the cartridges coming apart in the printer and spilling toner everywhere. Sales guy puts in writing, if that happens we will come clean the printer. After 2 or more trips here to clean printers, we've not heard from them again.
