I have tried the root and have tried a folder and have tried creating a
share and backing up to it from the other server over the network. Same
error everytime. I have run the "fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo <drive letter>:"
command and have verified that both 3TB drives are 4k sector instead of the
standard 512 bytes. 4k drives are supported by windows backup so I believe
my only recourse is to find backup software that is 4k sector aware.

Thanks,
Mark
