Hmm i haven't had this problem before. I know you have to be careful on
JUNOS upgrade, you don't want to use their latest and greatest for sure. I
have 8 x 4200 switches in my DC with many VMware hosts, no issues so far,
they are under on VC. I was thinking of changing to two VCs like you have
just so i can have that redundancy in check too.

Good to hear other using Juniper out there :)
